QUALIFIED TO SERVE. TRUSTED TO LEAD.

I am excited to announce that I have filed for re-election to Place 1 on the Coppell ISD Board of Trustees.  

In 2016, I set out to bring fresh perspectives to the board as a Coppell ISD graduate, a Master Reading Teacher, former PTO president, and an engaged parent with three children attending CISD schools at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. As I stated on my campaign signs at the time: “An Educator’s Experience. A Parent’s Perspective.”   

Over the past nine years of service on the board and in leadership roles within various community organizations, I have experienced significant personal and professional growth. Throughout this journey, I have worked to demonstrate openness, authenticity, and thoughtful engagement. I have developed a strong track record of collaborating effectively and positively with others. While I remain a proud Coppell ISD graduate and a parent with a well-rounded  educational background (now with two children who are CISD graduates as well!), I believe my nine years of  service have also equipped me to be: “Qualified to Serve. Trusted to Lead.”
